Community Action Pioneer Valley, a non-profit multi-service agency serving 27,000 people a year in western MA, announces a new and exciting opportunity to provide innovative leadership as Director of WIC Programs. This position plans, implements and evaluates program operations to ensure compliance with federal regulations and state policies and procedures, including all procedures relating to: WIC benefit issuance, vendors, management information system, caseload management, fiscal operations, files and record keeping, data quality, quality assurance, staff deployment, and local program evaluation. The qualifications of the position include Bachelors degree in related field, two years' experience in program administration, with supervisory experience or Masters degree and 1 year of experience in program administration, with supervisory experience. Pay range: $64,369.50 - $68,289.00, 37.5 hours/week. Excellent benefits, training, supervision and collaborative work environment.
