WE'RE STRONGER TOGETHER.
COSA invites you to join with local nonprofit agencies and colleagues serving tens of thousands of clients in Hampshire County. Member organizations provide a wide range of programming and that diversity makes our collaboration strong. What we all share is the drive to deliver effective compassionate human services that empower clients to achieve their goals.
COSA membership facilitates nonprofit coordination, capacity-building, problem-solving, and planning.
Networking is powerful. Listen. Learn. And be heard.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
The Council of Social Agencies of Hampshire County, a network of human service providers and recipients, promotes collaboration and advocacy to improve human services locally.
COSA understands systemic racism and other forms of oppression both drive the need for human services and perpetuate cycles of inequality. COSA prioritizes justice, equity, diversity and inclusion in all its work and strives to center the strengths and needs of Black, Indigenous, People of Color and additional underrepresented communities in the county.

FOR OVER 30 YEARS
Founded as the Council of Social Agencies of Hampshire County, COSA has a long tradition of supporting local nonprofits. Informative programming has helped agencies deepen their understanding of best practices, effective service delivery, and powerful advocacy.
Providing monthly presentations, special events, e-newsletters, and networking opportunities, COSA assists members who want to develop stronger services and more effective collaborations. All of these connections build greater success for our clients, our colleagues, and our communities.
