Continuum of Care RFPs are out!

Both the Hampden Continuum of Care and Three County (Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire) Continuum of Care have released their Request for Proposal (RFP) for renewal, expansion and new CoC projects. Allowable project types for this competition are: Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Rapid Rehousing (RRH), Joint Transitional Housing-Rapid rehousing (TH-RRH) and Coordinated Entry (CE).

Bonus funds are also available for programs dedicated to serving survivors of domestic violence and for permanent supportive housing with a demonstrated connection to health services.

IMPORTANT Meeting on bonus funds for domestic violence:

The CoCs are eligible to apply this fall for approximately $1 million in bonus funds to provide housing assistance and support services to survivors of domestic violence.

To learn more about this opportunity and to discuss strategies for a coordinated response, please join a joint CoC meeting on Monday, Sept. 20 at 3 pm. The meeting is for DV providers and (non-DV) homeless service/housing providers. State leaders will share information about project models that other CoCs have created and to provide additional support. Please join in this exciting opportunity!
