Eviction Moratorium Has Been Extended to July 31

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has extended the eviction moratorium to prevent the eviction of tenants who are unable to make rental payments. “The moratorium that was scheduled to expire on June 30, 2021 is now extended through July 31, 2021 and this is intended to be the final extension of the moratorium.”

The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office would like to invite you to a webinar on Landlord/Tenants Rights to explain about the extension and financial assistance available to tenants (and landlords). We will also discuss other rights and obligations under Massachusetts laws for tenants and landlords. Join us!
