The Director of Grants and Outcomes writes and prepares proposals, monitors grant and contract requirements, and collects and analyzes agency data as part of the Community and Donor Relations team, which works to foster relationships with funders, donors and the community that leads to the financial and operational well-being of the organization.
This full-time position performs and directs grant and government funding research, writing, implementation, compliance and reporting. This position assembles and directs the team in the proposal writing process and oversees the quality and timely completion of deliverables for all grants and program contracts with influential leadership. The right candidate will be an extremely detail-oriented, organized, and systematic project manager able to keep multiple projects moving on schedule. Candidate must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as needed. Remote work can be incorporated into this schedule.
Qualifications and requirements: Bachelor’s degree in project management, technical writing, fund development, communications, or other related field preferred. Substantial experience with a track record of success as a project manager, grant writer, nonprofit manager may be substituted. Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; and experienced with entering data and building/extracting reports from systems/programs.
