Family Engagement Coordinator
Exciting leadership opportunity at the Community Action Family Center in Greenfield. Join our amazing team as the Family Engagement Coordinator, responsible for supporting experienced staff and implementing high quality child and family engagement programs including playgroups, parent education and support groups, special family events and more. Create opportunities for early literacy and child development skill-building for local families. Our programs are free to all and we prioritize addressing barriers to participation.
Are you an organized, motivated and inspired person with knowledge and experience related to early literacy, child development and evidence-based parent education? Do you feel confident in creating a welcoming community space for families with diverse identities and experiences? Do you have strong planning and contract coordination skills? In this role you will make a difference in the lives of families with young children by building connections to community resources and implementing creative programming. You will never be bored! Must be committed to social justice, racial equity, and strength-based trauma-informed approaches.
Full Time Salaried position $48,925 -$51,909.
