Workforce Development Specialist WIOA (Northampton)
Seeking dynamic, experienced, organized workforce development professional to provide recruitment, eligibility verification, case management, job/internship placement and job readiness training to youth. Candidate must be reliable, engaging, professional, and have strong collaboration skills to work with multiple service providers. Prior experience working with individuals with barriers to employment strongly preferred. CORI, safe driving record, reliable car required. Strong team, positive work environment, excellent training. 37.5 hours/week. Pay range $18.18-19.28 depending on qualifications.
Workforce Development Specialist Young Parents Program (Greenfield)
Provide individual service and case management to assist parenting youth in meeting their education, training, family life and personal goals. Ability to provide trauma informed care based on positive youth development is essential for this role. Outreach, intake, case management, collaboration with service providers, and accurate data entry are important parts of this position. This is a 30 hour/week with a pay range of $ 17.82-18.90 per hour. Excellent benefits, training, supervision, and collaborative work environment.
