Leadership Development Specialist Safe Passage and Shout Out.
Join our team working to help youth build healthy relationships, gain leadership skills, and become community activists affecting change in their communities. Working with youth in the Say Something Youth Initiative, ShoutOut! and Youth Council programs, the specialist is a member of our Leadership Programs working with a dynamic and collaborative team focused on Positive Youth Development through a Trauma Informed lens with a focus on youth of color, LGBTQIA+ youth and others who have experienced oppression and harm.
The ideal candidate will have an High School Diploma and 3 years direct service experience with adolescents, including school or community-based settings. Experience working specifically with LGBTQA+ youth and youth of color preferred. This is a full-time position (30 hours per week) Pay range is $18.62-$19.76.
