Some suggested next steps for folks new to 413Cares:
Create an account. We suggest everyone create an account to have access to more tools and to claim, but it is not required to search for services.
Explore searching for services and suggest new programs if needed
Designate who should claim your organization’s programs and get them claimed.
Attend an upcoming “Office Hours” date to ask questions or send other staff to learn how to use the platform. Drop in as needed

Schedule a training for your staff. We can present at a regularly scheduled staff meeting.

Look4Help, the online resource database for Franklin and Hampshire Counties, is no longer being updated and will be shutting down soon. The site is redirecting people to use 413Cares, which offers resources for all counties of western MA using the Findhelp platform.
