Big Brothers Big Sisters seeks a full-time (part time possibilities also considered) Case Manager to recruit and screen children and volunteers and create mentoring matches between volunteer mentors and children, while providing support to these matches through regular communication with the children, parents/caregivers, and mentors. Join our dynamic team based in Hadley, Massachusetts to help us carry out our mission to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampshire County makes meaningful matches between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and youth ("Littles"), with the aim of developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience working with children and families, will speak both Spanish and English, and will value and contribute to an inclusive workplace culture. $35,360 - $39,520 plus benefits package. Some travel within Hampshire County required.
