Safe Passage seeks a Human Resources Manager responsible for modeling and sustaining an employee-centered and justice-oriented workplace culture in service of the mission of Safe Passage. Specific functions include but are not limited to: recruiting and onboarding new employees in coordination with supervisors and team members; administering employee benefit programs; recommending, updating, communicating, and ensuring consistent implementation of all human resource policies; advancing performance management; and implementing and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies including annual audit, information systems and record keeping requirements.
