Technical Troubles on January 14th and Rescheduling Storytelling

COSA experienced a technical problem on January 14th and we were unable to open our Zoom meeting to everyone on time. Our apologies!

Many thanks to our presenters, José Lugo and Rosanna Salazar, who gracefully pivoted to an abbreviated introduction to the material. For all those who are interested in this important topic, we have good news! COSA will reschedule this meeting for later this spring. We'll keep you posted on the new date.

In this brief presentation we will consider the skill of storytelling and how this practice helps Indigenous People move towards health and wellness.

José Lugo is the Native Education Liaison for CES. He is a detribalized Chicano Macewalli who uses storytelling to reconnect with his Indigenous cultural practices. Through this skill development José works to heal from the impacts of colonization.
