PHIWM is working on gathering information on the ever-changing pandemic world here in Western MA. Please complete this survey, which will help them ‘take the pulse’ of Western MA regarding access to information and support services after three long years of the pandemic, and as we approach the official end of the COVID-19 public health emergency on May 11, 2023. It also will help PHIWM understand how people use 413Cares and how 413Cares can continue to improve to meet community needs. Gathering as much experience and perspectives is very important.
