The U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH), in partnership with the MA Interagency Council on Housing and Homelessness, the Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance and our MA Continuums of Care, is providing this important opportunity to help shape the next Federal Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness.
