The Community Foundation is looking for a collaborative, creative, and strategic leader to direct our philanthropic work. The VP, Philanthropic Services is a thought partner and key advisor to the President and CEO and leads a team of 7 with 3 direct reports.
The VP, Philanthropic Services is a member of the senior management team, provides strategic vision and operational oversight for four key areas: asset development, donor engagement, communications, and marketing.
Working within the Foundation’s strategic priorities, the VP for Philanthropic Services supervises the team that plans and executes all fund development, donor engagement and stewardship, and the marketing/communications team whose key tactics are to increase visibility and understanding with specific core audiences. The position establishes clear goals and metrics to measure progress.
