In this interactive session, Angelica Castro, M.A., CPC and Molly Keehn, Ed.D. will present a portion of their full-day workshop, “Embracing Joy in Challenging Times.” This mini workshop will include information and experiential activities based on celebrating small successes in order to disrupt the negativity bias in the brain, and celebrating others through micro-affirmations. Participants will leave with clear next steps and actions to incorporate into their daily routines to increase joy, connection and inspiration, and create more inclusive workspaces and communities.
