Remembering Shannon Eldredge

Sharing this sad news from BHN:

It is with a grievous heart that we must announce that on Thursday October 20, 2022, one of our valued team members passed away.

Shannon Eldredge, DV Supervisor for BHN’s Domestic Violence Services department, lost her battle with cancer.

Shannon worked for BHN’s Valley Human Services beginning in 2014 first as a Therapeutic Mentor with CBHI the worked with ICC then to the DV department’s Proteus program and finally settling in as a DV supervisor in 2019.

She was a highly respected and beloved co-worker, that served both clients and fellow staff members well.

Her quiet strength, her compassion, kindness, and sarcastic wit made her relatable and engaging. Her spitfire nature was ever present and hovered just below the surface of her diminutive frame.

Shannon was a phenomenal human and will be missed dearly for a long time to come. We are all better for having known her.

Our department appreciate the quiet support we’ve been shown thus far and are grateful to you all for what’s to come.

Thank you.
