Produced biennially, the Diversity Among Philanthropic Professionals (DAPP) Survey & Report aims to help the philanthropic community better understand its workforce and leadership. The DAPP survey is unique in soliciting anonymous self-reported data from individuals on the staff and board of participating foundations, and helping grantmakers to better assess the culture and climate of their institutions. The DAPP report is a landmark tool for analyzing the philanthropic sector’s ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and provides a temperature gauge for progress toward a more inclusive sector.
